Australian Trials Exclusive: Swimming World Goes Up Close And Personal At One of Griffith University Squad’s Final Sessions<\/strong><\/p>\n

In the countdown to Monday’s Australian Olympic and Paralympic Swim Trials, Swimming World<\/em> has had an exclusive deck pass to capture one of supercoach Michael Bohl<\/strong>‘s \u00a0final training sessions with his Griffith University group.<\/p>\n

Bohl revealing on the eve of the Trials that he will take a 12 month break from full-time coaching after Paris.<\/p>\n

But next week’s Trials – his 10th straight Trials Meet as a coach since the Seoul Trials of 1988 are first and foremost on the mind of the man with the Midas touch.<\/p>\n

Brisbane-based aquatics and ocean sports photographer Wade Brennan,<\/strong> who will cover the six-day Trials meet for Swimming World, <\/em>went up close and personal with Bohl’s Griffith group, at the Brisbane Aquatic Centre.<\/p>\n

Wade has captured Olympic champions Emma McKeon<\/strong> and Kaylee McKeown\u00a0<\/strong>along with Tokyo bronze medallists Brendon Smith<\/strong> and Olympic hopefuls Lani Pallister, Josh Edwards-Smith, Bowen Gough<\/strong>, Cody Simpson <\/strong>and Mikayla Smith<\/strong> amongst others…..wrapping up their Paris preps…<\/p>\n
