Notre Dame Adds Ellie Butler To Class Of 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of Notre Dame has secured a new verbal commitment for the 2025-26 season and beyond from\u00a0Ellie Butler\u00a0<\/strong>of Orinda, California.<\/p>\n

She will join\u00a0Maddie Faikish<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>and Tess Heavner<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in South Bend next fall.<\/p>\n

Regarding her commitment, she said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI am so excited to announce my verbal commitment to the University of Notre Dame!\u00a0 I would like to first thank God, my family, my friends, and all of my coaches for their love and support. Thank you to all of the Notre Dame coaches and teammates for giving me this amazing opportunity!! GO IRISH!! #ALLIN\ud83d\udc9a\u2618\ufe0f\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Butler does her club swimming with Crow Canyon Sharks and placed second in both the 200m free and 200m fly at Marin Sectionals back in March after taking 12th in the 200 fly at Juniors East in December. Last summer, she finaled in the 100m free at Sacramento Futures.<\/p>\n
