She capped her weekend with another victory, this time in the 200 individual medley. Clocking a time of 2:08.19, McIntosh easily defeated runnerup <strong>Ashley McMillan<\/strong> (2:12.85). Before scratching finals, <strong>Mary-Sophie Harvey<\/strong> went 2:10.18 in prelims.<\/p>\n<p>McIntosh has been a second faster this year, thanks to a 2:07.16 performance at the Knoxville stop of the TYR Pro Series. Still, going 2:08-low at this point in the season is a positive, and evidence that McIntosh is well positioned ahead of next month&#8217;s Canadian Olympic Trials. In her 200 IM victory, McIntosh went through the butterfly leg in 26.84, turned in a backstroke split of 32.15 and covered the breaststroke in 38.87. She closed with a freestyle split of 30.33.<\/p>\n<p>The big effort of the competition for McIntosh was her winning mark of 1:54.21 in the 200 freestyle. She also went a career-best of 57.19 in the 100 butterfly, where she edged reigning Olympic champion Maggie Mac Neil by .05.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jere Hribar<\/strong> posted a quality triumph in the men&#8217;s 50 freestyle, as he cracked the 22-second barrier with a swim of 21.94.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/results.swimontario.com\/liveresults\/2024\/OPEN\/\" target=\"_blank\"
