Eindhoven<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Tes Schouten<\/strong> posted the second-quickest 200m breaststroke of her career in 2:21.43 on day two of the <strong>Eindhoven Qualification Meet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The Netherlands swimmer first went through the 2:22 barrier in June 2023 before bypassing 2:20 altogether to win the world title at Doha 2024 in 2:19.81.<\/p>\n<p>On Friday, she split 32.09\/1:07.74\/1:43.89 before coming home in 37.54 to eclipse her 2:21.50 in the Doha semis and continue the form that sees her go to Paris as a title contender.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Krist\u00fdna Horsk\u00e1<\/strong> set a Czechia record of 2:24.28 in second, lowering her own standard of 2:24.68 set at the Budapest stop of the 2023 World Cup tour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ana Blazevic<\/strong> of down the final 50.<\/p>\n<p>The double Olympic silver medallist went ahead on the second 50 and held a 0.50sec lead at the final turn and although Corbeau reduced the deficit, Kamminga got the touch in 2:09.02 to 2:09.11.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Maksym Ovchinnikov<\/strong> of Ukraine was third home in 2:11.32.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tessa Giele<\/strong> went 57.38 to win the 100 fly, splitting 26.09\/31.29 for a time within the &#8216;A&#8217; cut.<\/p>\n<p>It also propelled her to joint third in the Dutch all-time rankings alongside Marleen Veldhuis and her 2009 effort and surpassed by only <strong>Inge de Bruijn<\/strong> (56.61) and <strong>Inge Dekker<\/strong> (57.32).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Barbora Seemanova<\/strong> (58.16) and <strong>Marie Wattel<\/strong> (58.74) took second and third with Maaike de Waard the second Dutchwoman home in 59.71.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nyls Korstanje<\/strong> went 51.23 to win the men&#8217;s 100 fly for the fourth fastest time of his career headed by his 50.78 Dutch record set at the 2023 worlds in Fukuoka.<\/p>\n<p>Frenchman <strong>Clement Secchi<\/strong> was second in 51.38 with <strong>Daniel Gracik<\/strong> of Czechia third in 52.17.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sven Schwarz<\/strong> dominated the men&#8217;s 1500 free to win in 14:49.91 and enjoy a winning margin of 44.37secs over <strong>Goralnik Maor<\/strong> (15:34.28)<\/p>\n<p><strong> Cedric B\u00fcssing<\/strong> rattled the German record to win the men&#8217;s 400IM in 4:12.33 with<strong> Thomas Jansen<\/strong> the first Netherlands swimmer in 4:15.33.<\/p>\n<p><strong> Carlotta Ingenerf<\/strong> of Germany touched in the women&#8217;s 400IM in 4:53.20 with <strong>Djanilla Brink<\/strong> the first Dutchwoman home in 4:57.56.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Miroslav Knedla<\/strong> of Czechia enjoyed a clear win in the 50 back, the only man inside 25 in 24.77 with teammate <strong>Barbora Janickova<\/strong> winning the women&#8217;s race in 28.62.<\/p>\n<p>The four-day meet, which runs from 11-14 April, serves as an opportunity for swimmers to book a place on the Netherlands team for Paris 2024 with the 2023 Fukuoka worlds and Doha having served as selection meets.<\/p>\n<p>The following athletes will be nominated by the KNZB for the Olympics as long as no additional athletes swim inside the qualification times
