Each season has a deadline.\u00a0The deadline for the winter season is March 31st.\u00a0After the deadline, all apps are subject to a $30 per application late fee.<\/p>\n<p>On June 15th at Midnight Eastern Time the application portals close, and no further applications are accepted.\u00a0Athletes without an application will not be considered for the list.<\/p>\n<p>You can check to see if your athlete&#8217;s application has been submitted and accepted by looking for them on the\u00a0Applications Processed\u00a0list, which can be found as a link of the right menu pane of each of the award pages.
