Normal service was restored on Friday.<\/p>\n<p>Five of the six events have a Longhorn having earned the middle lane in finals. If the 18 top-three finishers in events Friday, 13 hail from Texas. Angie Coe<\/strong> was second, followed by four Houston swimmers led by <strong>Alondra Lopez.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sticklen owes the conference record in the event. Third went to TCU\u2019s <strong>Tania Quaglieri<\/strong> in 53.17, while <strong>Lezli Sisung<\/strong> of Kansas set a season-best 53.22 for fourth.<\/p>\n<h4>Men\u2019s 100 backstroke<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Will Modglin<\/strong> and <strong>Chris O\u2019Connor<\/strong> gave Texas the top two seeds, after entering with the top two times this season. Modglin, who set a meet record 44.56 in the 400 medley relay, was 45.19 in the morning. He\u2019s well clear of O\u2019Connor\u2019s 46.29.
