in the 50m butterfly, taking the win in 24.11 from <strong>Jack Carr<\/strong> (St Andrews, QLD) 24.15 and <strong>Ashton Brinkworth<\/strong> (UWA West Coast, WA) 24.43.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It followed Simpson\u2019s second place finish to Commonwealth Games teammate <strong>Will Yang<\/strong> (SOSC, NSW) in the 100m freestyle in 49.31 to Yang\u2019s 48.52 on night one.<\/p>\n<p
