Photo by David Kiberd\/Sportsfile\" width=\"309\" height=\"221\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-479661\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Ellen Walshe: Photo Courtesy: David Kiberd \/ SPORTSFILE<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Adela Piskorska<\/strong> completed the backstroke treble when she won the 100 in 1:00.72 with <strong>Maria Godden<\/strong> on the podium for the third time in second (1:02.13) and <strong>Ellen Walshe<\/strong> third in 1:02.48.<\/p>\n<p>Walshe was second in the 200m breaststroke behind <strong>Grace Palmer<\/strong> with the Belgian well clear in 2:28.92 to 2:32.01 and <strong>Niamh Coyne<\/strong> in third (2:32.68).<\/p>\n<p>Walshe won her eighth medal of the <strong>2024 Flanders Cup<\/strong> and sixth gold with the Irish women&#8217;s 4x100m medley relay, swimming the leg as the quartet enjoyed a winning margin of more than 11secs in 4:11.75.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Grace Davison<\/strong> was the only woman inside 26secs as she won the 50 free in 25.95 and <strong>Kathrin Dernier<\/strong> won the women&#8217;s 200 fly in 2:18.06.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cornelius Jahn<\/strong> added the 200 back to his 50 title and 100 silver when he stopped the clock at 2:00.65, <strong>Lucas Matzerath<\/strong> added the 200IM in 2:07.22 to his 50\/100m breaststroke double and <strong>Noah de Schryver<\/strong> took the 200m breaststroke in 2:15.42.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logan Vanhuys<\/strong> went 15:41.58 to head the men&#8217;s 1500 free<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tom Dean Dominates 200 Free As Flanders Cup Wraps Up;
