Ditto the men, who prevailed 205-89.<\/p>\n<p>Herkle went 3-for-3 in her events. She stopped the clock in 1:00.52 to win the 100 breaststroke. The junior took the 200 breast by nearly five seconds over classmate <strong>Madie Hall<\/strong> in 2:09.82, then she finished it off by winning the 400 individual medley in 4:12.72.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/acc-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACC Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/sec-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SEC Swimming News<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/gocards.com\/news\/2024\/1\/5\/swimming-diving-no-13-6-swimming-sweeps-missouri\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>It was the capstone on a dominant performance from the Cardinals women. <strong>Christiana Regenauer<\/strong> prevailed in the sprints, going 48.67 in the 100 free and 52.12 in the 100 fly. The latter was a great race that featured NCAA B cut times, Regenauer just edging out <strong>Taylor Williams<\/strong> of Missouri by .21 seconds.<\/p>\n<p>Regenauer swam fly on the winning Louisville 200 medley relay (with <strong>Tristen Ulett, Ella Welch<\/strong> and <strong>Julia Dennis<\/strong>) and led off the conquering 400 free relay (with Dennis, Welch and <strong>Lucy Mehraban<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<p>Louisville spread the wins around. <strong>Rye Ulett<\/strong> won the 100 back in 53.78, then finished second in the 400 IM and third in the 500 free. Mehraban was second to both Ulett and Regenauer in the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p>Louisville swept the distance events with <strong>Paige Kuwata<\/strong> in the mile and <strong>Summer Cardwell<\/strong> in the 500. <strong>Fernanda Gomes Celidonia<\/strong> won the 200 free, <strong>Gabi Albiero<\/strong> claimed the 50 free and <strong>Jordan Durocher<\/strong> was tops in the 200 back. <strong>Lindsay Gizzi<\/strong> won 1-meter diving and was second in 3-meter, to Missouri\u2019s <strong>Kamryn Wong<\/strong> and her score of 356.78.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri picked up one swimming win on the women\u2019s side thanks to Williams, who went 1:56.20 in the 200 fly. She and <strong>Emily Roden<\/strong> were 1-2 in the event. <strong>Jane Smith<\/strong> was second in both distance events.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Denis Petrashov, Dalton Lowe, Guy Brooks <\/strong>and <strong>Ilia Sibirtsev<\/strong> won twice apiece to power the Cardinals men\u2019s victory.<\/p>\n<p>Sibertsev and Watson, both grad students, were 1-2 in the 1,650 free and 500 free, the former winning in 14:51.66 and 4:18.98, respectively. Lowe won the 100 fly in 46.17 and the 100 back in 46.70. He was on both the winning 200 medley and 400 free relays, with <strong>Matias Santiso<\/strong> (third in the 50 free and 100 free) joining him on both.<\/p>\n<p>Petrashov swept the breaststroke events and also took part in the medley relay. Brooks won the 200 free and 100 free. He also led off the winning 400 free foursome.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Charlie Crush,<\/strong> on the victorious medley relay, won the 50 free in 20.01 over <strong>Caleb Duncan. Jackson Millard<\/strong> claimed the 200 back and was second in the 400 IM to teammate <strong>Tommy Bried. Adam Sneden<\/strong> won 3-meter diving for Louisville.<\/p>\n<p>Missouri\u2019s <strong>Jan Zubik<\/strong> went 1:43.79 to win an intriguing battle in the 200 fly, with <strong>Gustavo Saldo<\/strong> and Bried following in 1:44.3s.
