Worlds Juniors Team Member Ryan Erisman Verbals to Cal for 2025<\/strong><\/p>\n

NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>The University of California, Berkeley has added yet another impressive verbal for 2025, this time from Olympic Trials qualifier Ryan Erisman\u00a0<\/strong>of Windermere, Florida.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Dar Lavenko<\/strong><\/a>, Julien Rousseau<\/strong><\/a>,\u00a0Kenneth Barnicle, Caiden Bowers, Norvin Clonts<\/strong>,\u00a0Ian Platts-Mills\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>and\u00a0Andrew Shackell\u00a0<\/strong><\/a>as members of the Golden Bears\u2019 Class of 2029.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

\u201cI chose Cal because of the world class coaches and amazing team atmosphere that will help me achieve my goals. I\u2019m looking forward to training at a high level with some of the best in the world.\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A strong IMer and freestyler, Erisman does his club swimming with Windermere Lakers Aquatics and most recently placed 10th in the 200 fly, 400 IM and 500 free at Juniors East. He<\/p>\n

Last summer, he earned a spot on the U.S. Worlds Juniors team in the 200m free where he competed on the 4x200m free relay. Erisman also swept the IM events at Ocala Futures in July.<\/p>\n
