A tenured partner of USA Swimming, the diversified energy company is proud to highlight up-and-coming swimming talent from communities near Phillips 66 refineries.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McFadden, who is from Haddonfield, New Jersey, and is a member of the USA Swimming National Junior Team, swims for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomotionapp.com\/team\/majwsc\/page\/home\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.gomotionapp.com\/team\/majwsc\/page\/home&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1702751445006000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2TVafxo6YlcS88h-U80xUO\">Jersey Wahoos<\/a> swim team. A freshman at Stanford University, McFadden\u2019s top finish in Greensboro was bronze in the men\u2019s 200m freestyle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI love my hometown,\u201d McFadden said. \u201cIt feels homey. They always catch up, even if they don\u2019t know much about swimming. Everyone follows along and is super supportive of me\u2026I also love how much you learn in this sport. I feel like I have learned so much about my body and how it operates, and I feel like I can even correlate that over to tests in school and how to keep myself healthy.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">McFadden was also a member of the U.S. squad that competed at the World Aquatics Swimming Championships in Fukuoka, Japan, this summer, where he was part of the silver-medal winning men\u2019s 4x200m freestyle relay.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Moesch is from Greenbrook, New Jersey, and is also a member of the USA Swimming National Junior Team. She swims for the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gomotionapp.com\/team\/njgscy\/page\/home\" data-saferedirecturl=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?q=https:\/\/www.gomotionapp.com\/team\/njgscy\/page\/home&amp;source=gmail&amp;ust=1702751445006000&amp;usg=AOvVaw2RUlJ5cyutshWfRRwEWKaP\">Greater Somerset County YMCA<\/a> swim team and has verbally committed to attending the University of Virginia next year. At the Toyota U.S. Open in Greensboro, Moesch\u2019s top finish was third in the women\u2019s 100m freestyle B final in Greensboro.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI come from a very small place, a small team. My old team had less than 100 kids. It\u2019s very small but very homey,\u201d Moesch said. \u201cWhen you do something big or exciting, it\u2019s a big deal.
