He finished the night by going 41.92 to lead off Lakeside\u2019s 400 free relay, a squad that was disqualified. She went 1:51.95 to get the win, just holding off <strong>Grace Raab\u2019s<\/strong> 1:52.13. <strong>Maggie Wanezek<\/strong> was the only other swimmer under 1:55 in taking third in 1:54.04.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Dell also led off Mission Viejo\u2019s 400 free relay in 48.24, helping the Nadadores win in 3:16.28. <strong>Teia Salvino, Chloe Stinson<\/strong> and <strong>Gracyn Aquino<\/strong> rounded out that squad, which defeated runner-up Bellevue by more than two seconds.<\/p>\n<p>O\u2019Dell\u2019s leadoff leg would\u2019ve won the 100 free individual event. Instead, she went 48.36 in that swim, leaving her second behind <strong>Leah Hayes<\/strong> by a scant .01 seconds. <strong>Annika Parkhe<\/strong> (48.62) and <strong>Ava De Anda<\/strong> (48.80) also broke 49 seconds. <strong>Caroline Larsen,<\/strong> the second seed out of prelims, was disqualified for a false start after posting what appeared to be the top time in finals.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paige Downey<\/strong> started the session by winning the girls mile in 16:11.21. She was nearly eight seconds up on <strong>Ella Cosgrove,<\/strong> with <strong>Bailey Hartman<\/strong> third in 16:27.52.<\/p>\n<p>Hartman wasn\u2019t done for the evening, completing a grueling double by winning the 200 fly later in the night by 1:55.10. She was more than a second clear of the field, <strong>Camden Doane<\/strong> second in 1:56.23. <strong>Kelsey Zhang<\/strong> added a 1:56.47 to take home third place.<\/p>\n<p>Hayes added a second medal by going 2:09.68 in the 200 breaststroke. But she was denied gold by .39 seconds thanks to <strong>Piper Enge\u2019s<\/strong> time of 2:09.29. <strong>Raya Mellott<\/strong> finished third.<\/p>\n<p>The boys meet began with <strong>Max Carlsen<\/strong> winning the 1,650 free in 14:59.44. Jones Lambert was eight seconds back, followed by <strong>Thomas Olsen<\/strong> another second in arrears.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Brady Johnson<\/strong> went 1:42.69 to win the 200 back. His time bested <strong>Gavin Keough,<\/strong> who went 1:43.14, and <strong>Szymon Mieczkowski\u2019s<\/strong> 1:44.12.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Marre Gattner<\/strong> was second to Williamson in the 100 free. He went 43.06. <strong>Evan Croley<\/strong> and <strong>Quin Seider<\/strong> ended up in the 43.2s, while Cooper Lucas finished fifth in 43.52.<\/p>\n<p>Lucas went on to claim the 200 fly in 1:44.13. He bested <strong>Aiden Musick\u2019s<\/strong> time of 1:44.91. <strong>Logan Noguchi<\/strong> got on the podium in 1:45.48.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jake Eccleston<\/strong> had no issue taking home the 200 breast title, even with Williamson trailing him. He beat Williamson by more than two seconds and nearly took down the Speedo Juniors West record set in 2021 by <strong>Zhier Fan,<\/strong> falling .03 short.<\/p>\n<p>FMC Aquatic finished the night by winning the 400 free relay in 2:56.17. <strong>Max Goettsch, Dominic Mazurek, Brady Johnson<\/strong> and <strong>Nate Harris<\/strong> comprised that squad.
