Thank you to my family, friends, and coaches for helping me get to this point. Go cocks!!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Abruzzo does her club swimming with Plymouth Whitemarsh Aquatic Club and had five top-5 finishes at Eastern Zone Seniors this past summer after earning silver in the 400m IM at Middle Atlantic Senior Championships. She won the 400 IM and finished second in both the 100 back and 200 fly at the NBAC Christmas Invitational last December.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 IM \u2013 2:00.87<\/li>\n<li>400 IM \u2013 4:17.38<\/li>\n<li>50 back \u2013 26.01<\/li>\n<li>100 back \u2013 54.02<\/li>\n<li>200 back \u2013 1:55.98<\/li>\n<li>200 fly \u2013 2:00.06<\/li>\n<li>100 fly \u2013 54.73<\/li>\n<li>200 breast \u2013 2:21.12<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Academy of Notre Dame de Namur, Abruzzo won the 200 IM and 500 free at the Eastern Interscholastic Swimming Championship last season.
