Louisville Swimmers Sweep ACC Weekly Honors<\/strong><\/p>\n

Louisville took home four of the six spots on offer at the second ACC Weekly Honors on Tuesday afternoon<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Denis Petrashov<\/strong> and Gabi Albiero<\/strong> were named men\u2019s and women\u2019s swimmer of the week. Louisville\u2019s Che Stephens<\/strong> and Else Praasterink<\/strong> shared Diver of the Week honors with the Notre Dame duo of Carlo Lopez Hernandez<\/strong> and Calie Brady.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Petrashov won three events at the SMU Classic. The native of Kyrgyzstan captured the 100 breast, 200 breast and swam on the winning 400 medley relay. He was also on the third-place 200 medley relay squad. The 100 breast time of 51.95 is the fastest in the country in this young season.<\/p>\n
