Smoliga is featured throughout the 30-second spot, which touts &#8211; through visuals and voiceover &#8211; the benefits of the new FINIS <a href=\"https:\/\/www.finisswim.com\/shop\/swimwear\/tech-suits\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">tech suit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The advertisement will run on ESPN+, which will air ISHOF&#8217;s Hall of Fame inductions on Saturday night. Michael Phelps, the 28-time Olympic medalist, will be one of the inductees, along with fellow Olympic champion swimmers Kosuke Kitajima, Missy Franklin, Cesar Cielo and Kirsty Coventry. Phelps&#8217; coach, Bob Bowman, is also set for enshrinement.<\/p>\n<p>Here is the FINIS ad featuring Smoliga, who will try to qualify for her third Olympic Games at next year&#8217;s United States
