SANTA CLARA, California, June 21. MICAH Lawrence\u2019s 200 breaststroke win at the Arena Grand Prix in Santa Clara might have looked smooth and easy, but she said it was in anything but that in her post-race interview.<\/p>\n

The goal for Lawrence, like many of her top competition in the 200 breast, is to break the 2:20 barrier. She said strength, correct technique and proper race strategy will help her achieve that goal.<\/p>\n
