She also discusses how she was able to mentally prepare for the race and her goal to lower the record before she turns 11. Jeremy Cochran, the team’s head age group coach, talks about Meghan’s mature focus on training and technique, and how it has created a strong 10-and-under group on the team. <\/p>\nWith a Bronze Medal distinction in the USA Swimming Club Excellence program, Cochran says the team is inspired to be better, not only within the state of Connecticut but nationally.
