DEFENDING Olympic and World champion 200 meter breaststroker Agnes Kovacs was upset and up-and-coming Eva Risztov won three events to highlight the first two days of aaction at the Hungarian National Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Kovacs, a junior-to-be at Arizona State University, was beaten in the 100 meter breast by her Spartacus teammate, Diana Remenyi, 1:10.96 to 1:11.26.  Upset by the upset, Kovacs came roaring back to win the 200 IM (2:18.32) and the 50 breast, beating Remenyi decisively, 32.64 to 33.84.<\/p>\n<p>Risztov, 17, who won several European titles last year, showed she will be a force to be reckoned with in Barcelona, winning three tough events while still in heavy training.  The Spartacus star took the 1500 free (16:38.53), 200 fly (2:13.07) and 400 free (4:14.42).<\/p>\n<p>Richard Bodor turned in the best men&#39;s performance, taking the 100 breast in 1:01.67.<\/p>\n<p>Former Southern Cal standout, Tamas Kerekjarto, won the 200 free (1:50.43) while South carolina grad Zsolt gaspar took the 50 fly (24.53).
