MESA, Arizona, April 25. THE women’s 50 free final at the Arena Grand Prix in Mesa, Ariz., included some of the country’s most notable sprinters, and NAIA champion Cheyenne Coffman found herself beating them all in an exciting race.<\/p>\n

Coffman notes that her “mental training” was the bigger key to tonight’s win more than the physical work she’s put in recently. “Every practice, just taking it serious,” she said. “When I roll out of bed for morning practice, I (have) a positive attitude.”<\/p>\n
