MESA, Arizona, April 25. JASON Dunford will be one of the medal contenders in the 100 butterfly this summer at the Commonwealth Games, and he talks about the way the 200 freestyle is helping his 100 fly racing.<\/p>\n

After competing in the 200 free at the Arena Grand Prix in Mesa, Ariz., Dunford talked about his thinking behind using the 200 free to help his endurance for the 100 fly, instead of using the 200 fly for that purpose. He also talks about the intense competition awaiting him at the Commonwealth Games, including Chad Le Clos and others.<\/p>\n
