Just go out, have fun and race.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I\u2019m happy (with my performances this weekend), I knew it was going to be tough coming into this meet, I didn\u2019t know what to expect and honestly, fair play to the staff and the other athletes here, it\u2019s been awesome, really enjoyable, cheering us on, great atmosphere and I think that\u2019s made the world of difference.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Commonwealth champion <strong>Pieter Coetze<\/strong> heads the 100 back in 54.14 ahead of <strong>Kai van Westering<\/strong> (54.22) and <strong>Jonathon Adam<\/strong> (54.25).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ralph Daleiden<\/strong> of Luxembourg was the only man inside 49 in the 100 free as he booked lane four in 48.83 with British duo <strong>Ed Mildred<\/strong> and <strong>Alexander Cahoon<\/strong> the next through in 49.01 and 49.10 respectively.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Janja Segel<\/strong> booked lane four in the women&#8217;s 100 free in 55.28 ahead of <strong>Nele Schulze<\/strong> (55.45) and <strong>Evelyn Davis<\/strong> (55.63).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mitchell Mason<\/strong> (1:00.25) leads the men&#8217;s 100br while <strong>Isabelle Stadden<\/strong> heads the women&#8217;s 200 back (2:11.66).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Stergios-Marios Bilas<\/strong> (23.43) and <strong>Neza Clankar<\/strong> (26.37) led the way in the men&#8217;s and women&#8217;s 50 fly respectively.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>USA<\/strong> (3:29.58) head the mixed 4&#215;100 free relay in 3:29.58 ahead of <strong>Germany<\/strong> (3:31.26) and <strong>Poland<\/strong> (3:31.64).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Pieter Coetze &amp;
