IN the first individual event of day three York&#8217;s Courtney Harnish became the first triple winner of the meet as she added the 500 free to her earlier crowns in the 1000 free and 400 IM. Harnish won by more than eight seconds and clocked 4:39.13, eclipsing the national record of 4:40.91 that Danielle Valley set last year.
