(Physiotherapist), <strong>Michael Thiel-Paul<\/strong> (massage therapist) and Nicholas Smith (bio mechanist) making up the support staff.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Swimming Australia\u2019s General Manager Performance Pathways, <strong>Gary Barclay<\/strong>, the Team Lead for the US Tour said that providing international racing opportunities for this group of athletes is vital to ensuring continued upward pressure for places on the Paris Olympic Team.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe quality of US swimmers competing at these Championships is very high
