The coaching experience since has been mostly in the club realm.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re fortunate and excited to add Kristen to our coaching staff,\u201d head coach <strong>Gregg Parini<\/strong> said <a href=\"https:\/\/denisonbigred.com\/news\/2023\/6\/19\/womens-swimming-and-diving-skroski-named-assistant-swimming-coach-at-denison.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in a team statement<\/a>. \u201cShe brings a wealth of coaching experience and expertise to the Denison program. I look forward to watching our student-athletes benefit from her high-energy coaching.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Skroski spent the last six years coaching at Cypress Fairbanks Aquatic Club in Texas. Before that, she spent nearly a decade at Amity Regional Aquatic Club in her home state of Connecticut.<\/p>\n<p>Skroski was a three-time All-Patriot League selection and a two-time Academic All-Patriot League pick. She was the team\u2019s MVP in 2008, the year she received her bachelor\u2019s degree in animal behavior.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI\u2019m very excited to be joining such an established and successful coaching staff at Denison University and stepping into the college arena with such an intelligent and talented team of student-athletes,\u201d Skroski said. \u201cI can\u2019t wait to add my creativity and passion to the mix and see what levels we can reach. Go Big Red.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Skroski fills the vacancy left by associate head coach <strong>Kim Lloyd<\/strong>, who stepped down after nine seasons at Denison to attend law school.
