As part of his agreement with prosecutors, the Department of Justice dropped the other six counts that Keller had been charged with. The <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MacFarlaneNews\/status\/1443310885657878531\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">sentencing guideline for Keller&#8217;s charge<\/a> is 21-27 months in prison, but CBS News&#8217; <strong>Scott MacFarlane<\/strong> reported that another defendant who took a similar plea was sentenced to only eight months.<\/p>\n<p>Now, Keller is hoping to reduce the sentence even further, according to the\u00a0<em>LA Times&#8217;<\/em>\u00a0<strong>Nathan Fenno<\/strong>. According to Fenno, &#8220;has asked a federal judge to delay Keller&#8217;s July 7 sentencing in connection with the U.S. Capitol attack in order to facilitate continued cooperation with law
