Becky and Brad are wonderful, loving parents and although nothing can bring Finn back, we hope this financial support can ease some of the burden. As Becky is self-employed, our goal is to raise funds to allow her time off from work, so she can focus on her family and begin the healing process. Brad will also need caregiving after his surgery. Anything you donate is very much appreciated.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Smith has <a href=\"https:\/\/ysusports.com\/sports\/swim\/roster\/coaches\/brad-smith\/899\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">spent five years<\/a> as the head coach of the men\u2019s and women\u2019s team of the Penguins. They are coming off the best finishes in program history, the men\u2019s and women\u2019s teams each finishing fourth at the 2022-23 Horizon League Championships. The men placed 21st out of 41 schools at the 2023 CSCAA National Invitational Championships.<\/p>\n<p>Smith is a 2007 graduate of the University of Vermont. He spent four five years as the head coach at Binghamton before being hired by Youngstown State <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/brad-smith-hired-as-youngstown-state-head-swimming-coach\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">in 2019<\/a>. He also served for two years as the head coach at Western Colorado and three years as an assistant coach at the University of Maine.<\/p>\n<p>To support the family, <a
