bronze medallist at the last two <strong>European Championships<\/strong> &#8211; headed the 100 back field in 53.95 ahead of <strong>Clement Secchi<\/strong> (54.37) and <strong>Mewen Tomac<\/strong> (54.51).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mary-Ambre Moluh<\/strong> led the way in the women&#8217;s 100 back in 1:00.11 ahead of <strong>Emma Terebo<\/strong> (1:00.48) and <strong>Pauline Mahieu<\/strong> &#8211; locked out of the European rostrum last year in Rome by one place &#8211; but who was third through in 1:00.50.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Justine Delmas<\/strong> booked lane four in the women&#8217;s 200 breaststroke in 2:26.88 ahead of <strong>Charlotte Bonnet<\/strong> (2:29.54) and <strong>Fantine Lesaffre<\/strong> (2:30.43), the pair having already qualified for the World Championships in the 200IM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ines Delacroix<\/strong> headed the first heats of the women&#8217;s 1500 in 16:50.74 with the final heat set to conclude Monday evening&#8217;s programme in Rennes.<\/p>\n<p>Seven swimmers have so far punched tickets to Fukuoka after one night of finals with the meet set to go through to Friday.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Roman Fuchs Makes Maiden Voyage Inside 1:47 To Head 200 Prelims At French Champs In Rennes;
