NEW COMMIT:\u00a0<\/strong>Harvard University has picked up a big verbal commitment* for its Class of 2028 from one of the top recruits in the class: National qualifier Evan Croley<\/strong> of San Antonio, Texas.<\/p>\n

He will join\u00a0Joshua Chen<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>in Cambridge in the fall of 2024.<\/p>\n

Regarding his commitment, he said:<\/p>\n

“I\u2019m honored to finally announce my commitment to the admissions process at Harvard University. Thank you Mom, Dad, family, Coach Luke, my amazing girlfriend, and friends for pushing me to this new beginning. Additionally, I\u2019m grateful to Coach Kevin and Coach Dan for offering me this opportunity. See y\u2019all at NC\u2019s. Go Crimson.”<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Croley does his club swimming with Streamline Aquatics and placed 13th in the 50 free, 14th in the 100 free, 16th in the 100 fly and 17th in the 100 back at Juniors West back in December. This past March, he sprinted to sixth in the 50 free at College Station Sectionals.<\/p>\n
