I\u2019d like to thank my parents, coaches, teammates, and everyone that has supported me over the years. I\u2019d also like to thank Coach Katie and the entire staff for supporting me throughout this process and giving me this incredible opportunity. So excited for the next four years! Go Cats!!\ud83d\udc9c\ud83e\udd0d\ud83d\ude3c&#8221;<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Mehok trains year-round with Blazing Barracudas and most recently competed at the NCSA Championships where she placed 13th in both the 50 fly and 200 fly as well as 15th in the 100 fly. She raced to 24th overall in the 200 fly at Juniors East back in December and took eighth in the 50m fly at the NCSA LCM Championships last summer.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 53.88<\/li>\n<li>200 fly &#8211; 2:01.37<\/li>\n<li>100m fly &#8211; 1:02.57<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Currently a junior at Hathaway Brown School, Mehok earned gold in the 100 fly and silver in the 200 IM at the 2022 Ohio State Championships. She graduated from the University of Vermont in 2019 with a degree in Public Communication and a double minor in Coaching and Sports Management.
