British Championships, Day 4 Heats: Hopkin, Colbert, Peters And Wilby All Progress<\/h4>\n

Day four of the British Championships<\/strong> arrived the morning after Dan Jervis<\/strong> and Laura Stephens<\/strong> added their names to the team for the Fukuoka worlds.<\/p>\n

It brought to three the number of swimmers who have made the automatic cut with the pair joining Freya Colbert<\/strong> on the plane to the World Championships.<\/p>\n

Anna Hopkin<\/strong>, Lewis Burras<\/strong>, Duncan Scott<\/strong>, Matt Richards<\/strong> and Emily Large<\/strong> posted consideration times on Thursday to join Katie Shanahan<\/strong> and Freya Anderson<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

British Swimming<\/strong> announced on Friday morning an amendment to the selection policy removing the cap of eight swimmers who could be selected on a discretionary basis meaning they can pick as many as they want up to the team size limit.<\/p>\n
