Freeman Aquatics Center record. He\u2019s the top seed by nearly a second and a half and within three seconds of his NCAA record from the Pac-12 Championships.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/2023-ncaa-division-i-mens-championships\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Page<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2023-ncaa-division-i-mens-psych-sheet\/ncaa-college\/2023\/March\/8?rtn=%2Fresults%2Fall\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Psych Sheets<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/swimmeetresults.tech\/NCAA-Division-I-Men-2023\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Live Results<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sticking with him in the final heat of five was last year\u2019s NCAA champion, <strong>Hugo Gonzalez<\/strong> of Cal. The Spanish international went 3:35.86.<\/p>\n<p>Third is <strong>Carson Foster<\/strong> of Texas, who shut it down coming home to go 3:36.38. He\u2019s one of three Longhorns in the final, with <strong>David Johnston<\/strong> fifth and <strong>Jake Foster<\/strong> into the A final in eighth. <strong>Hubert Kos<\/strong> went 3:36.86 to get in there in fourth for the Sun Devils.<\/p>\n<p>Cal\u2019s <strong>Jason Louser<\/strong> pulled away in breaststroke in the first circle-seeded heat to go 3:38.19. that got him the sixth seed. Jake Foster was second, and <strong>Baylor Nelson<\/strong> third, which landed him ninth by .05.
