NCAA Men\u2019s Championships: Jordan Crooks\u2019 18.25 Leads 50 Free Prelims<\/strong><\/p>\n

Jordan Crooks<\/strong> has led the 50 freestyers all season. He\u2019ll add the top seed in the NCAA final to that list of domination.<\/p>\n

The Tennessee sophomore led the way in the morning prelims at the University of Minnesota with a time of 18.25, swimming away from the field in the final heat of seven in the morning. He led the nation this year with a time of 17.93 seconds.<\/p>\n

Joining him in the A final are a pair of Cal swimmers, with Bjorn Seeliger<\/strong> second in 18.46 and Jack Alexy<\/strong> fifth in 18.77. Defending champion Brooks Curry<\/strong> earned his lane in the A final in fourth in 18.72, a spot behind Florida\u2019s Josh Liendo.<\/strong> It\u2019ll be four from the SEC with Gui Caribe<\/strong> of Tennessee also in there. Arizona State\u2019s Jack Dolan<\/strong> and Virginia Tech\u2019s Youssef Ramadan<\/strong> tied for seventh.<\/p>\n
