While none recorded any world-beating times, a pair of swimmers are in position to win their third individual title each. Currently, Elendt ranks eighth in the country in the 200 breast (2:06.43) with Jacoby 10th (2:06.66), and in prelims, Elendt had the top time at 2:09.15, and Jacoby was second in 2:10.82. The Longhorns will get a chance to show that breaststroke talent in the final after\u00a0<strong>Jake Foster<\/strong> led the way in prelims in 1:53.65, followed by\u00a0<strong>Braden Vines<\/strong> (1:54.23) and\u00a0<strong>Caspar Corbeau<\/strong> (1:54.66). Pash also skipped the 200 fly Saturday after racing in the 100 free, so Luther (1:54.85) and Sticklen (1:55.22) were well ahead of the field as they secured the fastest qualifying marks.
