Foster went 3:42.25, three-plus seconds off his best time this season. It\u2019s .22 ahead of Vines, who won the bronze medal in the 200 IM Thursday night. Leading the way was one of the swimmers that didn\u2019t make the cut in the relay, <strong>Peter Larson,<\/strong> who went 1:33.65.
