Teams were selected on the basis of their Fall 2022 team grade point averages and represent 19,426 student-athletes. Nine teams earned the honor for the first time, including Aquinas College (Women), Quincy (Men &amp; Women), Saint Thomas (FL) (Men &amp; Women), Southern Indiana (Men &amp; Women), Hampden-Sydney (Men) and Maine Maritime Academy (Men).<\/p>\n<p>Click <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/2022-fall-scholar-athlete-teams\/ncaa-college\/2023\/February\/3?rtn=%2Fresults%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a> to see the list of all Scholar All-America Teams.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<table border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td valign=\"top\">\n<table class=\"m_2196493256420806368mcnTextContentContainer\" border=\"0\" width=\"100%\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\" align=\"left\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td class=\"m_2196493256420806368mcnTextContent\" valign=\"top\">\n<h1>CSCAA 100% Conferences &amp; Top 10 Team GPAs<\/h1>\n<p>Worth special mention are the conferences in which 100% of their teams achieved Scholar All-America Honors. In Division I, fifteen women\u2019s conferences and fourteen men\u2019s conferences achieved 100%. In Division II, seven women\u2019s conferences and five men\u2019s conferences achieved 100%. In Division III, six women\u2019s conferences and two men\u2019s conferences achieved 100%. <em>NOTE: In order to qualify as a conference with 100% Scholar All-America Teams, all teams that have a swim &amp; dive program must be current CSCAA Members; submit their team application(s) on-time; and, the students need to earn a team GPA of 3.00 or higher.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>In the overall team rankings, the Pomona-Pitzer women posted the highest team GPA (3.87) this fall while the women from Marshall (3.83), Keiser (3.83) and SCAD-Savannah (3.83) tied for second overall and the Richmond women tied with the MIT men for the fourth-best GPA (3.82) this semester.\u00a0<em>NOTE: in order to be recognized as a \u201cTop 10 Scholar All-America Team\u201d each team must have a roster of at least eleven student-athletes.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>CSCAA Division I Scholar All-America Teams<\/h2>\n<p>In Division I, the Marshall women earned the highest team GPA (3.83) with Richmond (3.82), Harvard (3.79), UNC-Wilmington (3.77) and Brown (3.77) rounding out the top five team GPAs this fall. On the men\u2019s side, the Harvard men had the highest team GPA (3.79) followed by Brown (3.69), Stanford (3.66) and Gardner-Webb (3.61) in second, third and fourth, respectively. There was a four-way tie for fifth with Davidson, Duke, Yale and Youngstown State all achieving a 3.59 GPA.<\/p>\n<h2>Division II Scholar All-America Teams<\/h2>\n<p>In Division II, the Catawba women earned the highest team GPA (3.77) with Cal-State East Bay (3.74) and Penn-West Clarion (3.70) coming in second and third, respectively. There was a three-way tie for fourth between Florida Southern, Lenoir-Rhyne and Nova Southeastern (3.68). On the men\u2019s side, Florida Southern had the highest team GPA (3.67) followed by Nova Southeastern (3.54), Northern Michigan (3.50), Lynn (3.48) and Lenoir-Rhyne (3.47).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Division III Scholar All-America Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In Division III, the Pomona-Pitzer women earned the highest team GPA (3.87) with Whitman (3.77) in second and Washington College (MD) (3.74) in third. There was a three-way tie for fourth with Macalester, Swarthmore and WashU all earning 3.73 as their team GPA. On the men\u2019s side, MIT had the highest team GPA (3.82) followed by Williams (3.79), Johns Hopkins (3.76), Pomona-Pitzer (3.74) and WashU (3.73).<\/p>\n<p><strong>CSCAA NAIA &amp; NJCAA Scholar All-America Teams<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the NAIA, there was a tie for the top women\u2019s spot between Keiser and SCAD-Savannah as both teams earned a 3.83 GPA this fall. There was another tie for third between Bethel (IN) and St. Mary (KS), both of which earned a 3.68 GPA this fall. Coming in fifth was Soka (3.61).
