The Cardinals\u2019 women prevailed by a 198-92 margin.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/swim-meets.tingleyllc.com\/2023\/UofLvCincy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/acc-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ACC Swimming<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Albiero won the 100 butterfly in 51.40 seconds. It lowered her Ralph Wright Natatorium record from last week, when she went 51.71.<\/p>\n<p>Petrashov, <strong>Luke Shourds<\/strong> and third-place <strong>Aidan Kreiley<\/strong> were all under the pool record of 54.63 in the 100 breaststroke, set in 2020 by <strong>Evengii Somov.<\/strong> Petrashov gets the honor, his time of 53.87 just .09 up on Shourds.<\/p>\n<p>The Cardinals won 10 races in each meet. The women\u2019s team led with its sprint prowess, <strong>Julia Dennis<\/strong> leading three Cardinals in the 48s. <strong>Christiana Regenauer<\/strong> was second with <strong>Tristen Ulett<\/strong> third. Louisville went 1-2 in the 50 free as well, <strong>Ella Welch\u2019s<\/strong> 22.32 leading <strong>Karoline Barrett<\/strong> to the wall.<\/p>\n<p>Barrett swam on Louisville\u2019s fastest 200 medley and 200 free relays. Welch was third in the 200 free behind Regenaue. Welch was second and Barrett third to Albiero in the 100 fly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Paige Kuwata<\/strong> (1,650 free), <strong>Paige Hetrick<\/strong> (100 back), <strong>Madie Hall<\/strong> (200 fly) and <strong>Abby Hay<\/strong> (400 individual medley) and <strong>Fernanda Gomes Celidonio<\/strong> (200 breast) added wins for Louisville. Ulett was also second in the 100 back. <strong>Rye Ulett<\/strong> finished second in the 500 free and 400 IM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Lily Jones<\/strong> won the 200 backstroke and finished third in the 100 back for the Beracats. <strong>Joleigh Crye<\/strong> captured the 100 breast, the freshman&#8217;s time of 59.57 seconds <a href=\"https:\/\/gobearcats.com\/news\/2023\/1\/28\/swimming-diving-crye-breaks-school-record-earns-b-standard-time.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">setting a school record<\/a>. It also gives her an NCAA B cut.<\/p>\n<p>Petrashov also won the 200 breast, in 1:57.38, with Kreiley second.
