She clocked in at 1:46.07 in the 200 freestyle, edging teammate <strong>Kayla Wilson<\/strong> by less than a second. Huske also won the 50 free in 22.17, her winning margin at nine tenths of a second in a Cardinal sweep of the podium with <strong>Amy Tang<\/strong> and <strong>Emma Wheal.<\/strong> Huske then won the 100 butterfly with ease, her time of 51.54 landing 1.8 seconds ahead of the chasing field.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/stanford-vs-arizona-state-2023\/ncaa-college\/2023\/January\/20?rtn=%2Fresults%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/pac-12-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pac-12 Swimming<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Huske teamed with <strong>Claire Curzan, Taylor Ruck<\/strong> and Wheal to win the 200 free relay in 1:29.54. Curzan, Wheal and Ruck joined breaststroker <strong>Allie Raab<\/strong> in winning the 200 medley relay in 1:38.84.<\/p>\n<p>Curzan won the 200 backstroke with a time of 1:53.45. She was the runner-up to Arizona State\u2019s <strong>Lindsay Looney<\/strong> in the 200 butterfly.<\/p>\n<p>Stanford swept the distance events via <strong>Aurora Roghair.<\/strong> The 500 free saw her hold off a charge in the final 100 yards by Arizona State\u2019s <strong>Molly Batchelor,<\/strong> Roghair\u2019s time of 4:47.22 getting her to the wall just .03 seconds ahead.<\/p>\n<p>Ruck won the 100 back, a 1-2-3 podium sweep for Stanford, Ruck\u2019s time of 53.28 leading <strong>Natalie Mannion<\/strong> and <strong>Alex Crisera<\/strong> to the wall. Wheal was third in the 50 and in the 100 fly. Tang finished second in the 50 free and third in the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Iza Adame<\/strong> swept the breaststroke events for Arizona State. Looney also won two events, besting Curzan in the 200 fly and winning the 100 free in 49.34. She finished as the runner-up to Huske in the 100 fly.<\/p>\n<p>Second in the 100 free was Arizona State&#8217;s <strong>Ieva Maluka,<\/strong> who then went on to win the 200 individual medley. <strong>Charli Brown<\/strong> finished second in the 200 IM and 200 back plus third in the 200 free.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Torri Huske Wins Three Times as Stanford Tops Arizona State Torri Huske won three events on Friday night as Stanford topped Arizona State, 175-122, in a dual meet.
