MEN\u2019S SWIMMER OF THE WEEK: Rafael Gu, Fr., Stanford (Shanghai, China)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assisted in Stanford\u2019s ninth straight dual meet victory over Pacific recording three first place wins and one second place finish\u00a0(33 points).<\/li>\n<li>Recorded two individual wins in the 100 back (48.35) and the 100 fly (47.27), narrowly missing an NCAA B cut qualifying score (47.23).<\/li>\n<li>Helped the Cardinal to a first place finish in the 200 free relay (1:21.10) and a second place finish in the 200 medley relay (1:29.37).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAC-12 MEN\u2019S DIVER OF THE WEEK: Jack Ryan, So., Stanford (Denver, Colo.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earned silver medals in both the 1-meter and 3-meter at UCLA\u2019s Bruin Diving Event.<\/li>\n<li>Finished in second, just over 16 points behind the first place winner, in the 3-meter with a total score of 787.40.<\/li>\n<li>Took home another second place finish in the 1-meter with a final score of Heimstead, Jr., Arizona (Bloomington, Ill.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Captured two individual first place finishes and two relay wins to assist in Arizona\u2019s 180-120 win over NAU and 185.5-108.5 win over Washington State.<\/li>\n<li>In the 200-yard free, Heimstead finished with a time of 1:49.65, coming in 2.65 seconds earlier than her runner-up opponent.<\/li>\n<li>Earned a first place finish in the 100-fly with a time of 54.84.<\/li>\n<li>Assisted in Arizona\u2019s win in the 200-yard medley relay (1:42.74) and the 400-yard free relay (3:25.44).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>PAC-12 WOMEN\u2019S DIVER OF THE WEEK: Delaney Schnell, Gr., Arizona (Tucson, Ariz.)<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Earned wins in the 1-meter and 3-meter dives against NAU and Washington State.<\/li>\n<li>In the women\u2019s 3-meter, Schnell earned an NCAA qualifying score of 393.45, 15.6 point higher than her entry entry score (377.85) and 104.32 points higher than the runner up (289.43).<\/li>\n<li>Her 3-meter dive set a new dual meet Arizona program record (Samantha Pickens, 2011).<\/li>\n<li>Earned her second NCAA qualifying score of the meet on her first-place 1-meter finish
