Russell will discuss the proper pacing, tempos, cycles, and technique that will lead to successful distance races.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, January 25 at 1 p.m. EST \u2013 A panel discussion on the ins and outs of owning a swim club will feature Swim Atlanta Owner\/Head Coach <strong>Chris Davis<\/strong>, SOLO Aquatics Owner\/Head Coach <strong>Meg Faren Hollingsworth<\/strong> and Victor Swim Team Owner\/Head Coach <strong>Mike Murray<\/strong> (current ASCA President).\u00a0 The panel will be moderated by Nitro Swimming Owner\/Head Coach <strong>Mike Koleber<\/strong> (ASCA Past President).<\/p>\n<p><strong>More impressive ASCA Lives are scheduled beyond January.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>They include:<\/p>\n<p>Feb 8, 1:00 p.m. EST &#8211; <strong>Kevin Zacher on Working With A Board of Directors<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>March 14, 1:00 p.m. EST &#8211; <strong>Kathy McKee and Jennifer Gibson on Age Group Coaching<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>April 11, 1:00 p.m. EST &#8211; <strong>Jason Walter on Human Resources for Clubs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>April 4, 1:00 p.m. EST &#8211; <strong>Jonathan Watson on Assistant Coaching <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>For coaches who have registered
