SYDNEY, AUSTRALIA – The International Olympic Committee is saying “No” to marijuana. The IOC moved to close the loophole created by gold-medal-winning Canadian snowboarder Ross Rebagliati at the 1998 Olympics, including marijuana and other recreational drugs on its list of prohibited substances. <\/p>\n
Any athlete testing positive for marijuana will be disqualified.
