No diver of the week was named.<\/p>\n<p>Despite the limited field, Yendell still shined in absolute terms for the Panthers. She lowered a pair of her school records at the Minnesota Invitational. She clocked in at 22.34 seconds <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/minnesota-invitational-erica-sullivan-kelly-pash-lead-texas-women-to-strong-night-bjorn-seeliger-destin-lasco-pace-cal-men\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">to advance the standard in the 50 freestyle<\/a> and went 53.43 to lower the 100 butterfly mark. A junior from Tamworth, England, Yendell was part of three Pitt relays that finished in the top-10 in their respective races, vying against a field in the Twin Cities that included four ranked teams.<\/p>\n<p>Van der Laan was similarly impressive against that field. The grad student from Gold Coast, Australia, took bronze in the 100 breaststroke in 52.14, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/minnesota-invitational-destin-lasco-swims-sub-45-in-100-back-elendt-jacoby-post-57s-in-100-breast\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">a field that included the reigning national champion<\/a>.
