Riverview Sarasota &#8211; 387<br \/>\n2. Oviedo &#8211; 232<br \/>\n3. Windermere &#8211; 231<br \/>\n4. West Orange &#8211; 154<br \/>\n5. Cypress Bay &#8211; 114<\/p>\n<p>Riverview Sarasota began the meet by breaking the state record in the 4&#215;50 medley relay.\u00a0<strong>Taylor Schwenk<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Gracie Weyant<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Addison Sauickie<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>Bailey O&#8217;Reagan <\/strong>combined in 1:42.04, breaking the old mark of 1:42.34.<\/p>\n<p>Sauickie then went on to win the 200 free, as the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/usc-starts-class-of-2024-recruiting-with-verbal-from-freestyler-addie-sauickie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">USC commit<\/a> won by over three seconds in 1:45.38. She also earned the gold medal in the 100 free with a time of 49.03.<\/p>\n<p>Weyant, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/junior-pan-pac-bronze-medalist-gracie-weyant-to-join-sister-at-florida-in-2024\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">future Florida Gator<\/a>, won the 200 IM in 1:58.66 as the only swimmer under the two-minute barrier. She led a Riverview sweep as O&#8217;Reagan (2:02.18) and\u00a0<strong>Riley Leach\u00a0<\/strong>(2:02.61) finished second and third, respectively. O&#8217;Reagan also won the 500 free in 4:49.28 while Weyant raced to first in the 100 breast with a time of 1:01.68.<\/p>\n<p>Oviedo&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Sarah Beth Cathcart\u00a0<\/strong>and her teammate\u00a0<strong>Kaylin Herbet\u00a0<\/strong>went 1-2 in the 50 free, touching in 23.09 and 23.23. George Steinbrenner&#8217;s <strong>Bella Answeeney<\/strong>, who has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/nc-state-gets-another-verbal-for-2023-from-butterflyer-bella-answeeney\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">verbaled to NC State<\/a>, flew to first in the 100 fly in 53.75 while Venice&#8217;s <strong>Maeve Eckerman<\/strong> powered to the top spot in the 100 back in 54.65.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BOYS MEET<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Top 5 Team Scores:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. Sarasota &#8211; 265<br \/>\n2. G Holmes Braddock 212 3.<br \/>\n3. Bartram Trail &#8211; 147<br \/>\n4. Venice &#8211; 138<br \/>\n4. Oviedo &#8211; 138<\/p>\n<p>Boone&#8217;s <strong>Jacob Hamlin<\/strong> cruised to first place in the 200 free, touching the wall in 1:36.29 for the win. He was a double-event winner as he also won the 500 free, finishing in the top spot with a winning mark of 4:22.04.<\/p>\n<p>Venice&#8217;s <strong>Amadeusz Knop\u00a0<\/strong>won the 200 IM by exactly a full second, stopping the clock in 1:48.81. He was another double-event winner of the meet as he was also victorious in the 100 back with a time of 49.06. Sarasota&#8217;s\u00a0<strong>Liam Heary<\/strong> won twice as well, as he flew to first place in the 100 fly with a winning time of 48.61 and too first in the 100 breast (55.00).<\/p>\n<p>It was a tight race in the 50 freestyle with only .02 separating first and second place. Miami Beach&#8217;s <strong>Marcoaurelio Lopez-Casula<\/strong> got his hand to the wall the quickest in 20.65, with Gulf Coast&#8217;s <strong>Jack Stokvis\u00a0<\/strong>right behind in 20.67.
