She added a score of 356.10 on 3-meter. It was the first meet at McCoy Natatorium for Wils, a Netherlands international, 15-time Dutch national junior champion and <a href=\"https:\/\/hawaiiathletics.com\/sports\/womens-swimming-and-diving\/roster\/daphne-wils\/19762\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">University of Hawaii transfer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Senior team captain <strong>Wei Wei<\/strong> finished second on both boards to add to the Nittany Lions\u2019 point totals.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/results\/west-virginia-at-penn-state-women\/ncaa-college\/2022\/November\/4?rtn=%2Fresults%2F\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Meet Results<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-ten-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big Ten Swimming<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/meet\/big-12-swimming\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Big 12 Swimming<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In the pool, Penn State had no problem, either. They won both relays, with <strong>Mary Brinker<\/strong> handling anchor duties. She also won the 50 free in 23.28, part of a sub-24 podium sweep with teammates <strong>Abbie Amdor<\/strong> and <strong>Ellie Tiskus.<\/strong> Amdor won the 100 free.<\/p>\n<p>The 50 wasn\u2019t the only 1-2-3 finish. <strong>Emma Harvey<\/strong> sparked one in the 100 backstroke, winning in 54.56. Teammates <strong>Molly Carson<\/strong> and <strong>Ellie Brandbergh<\/strong> followed in second and third. Brandbergh was also second, by .13 seconds, to teammate <strong>Brooke Matthias\u2019<\/strong> winning time of 55.94 in the 100 butterfly. Penn State went 1-2 in the 200 back via <strong>Abby Henderson<\/strong> and <strong>Shannon Meadway;<\/strong> the same duo took home the top two spots in the 400 individual medley.<\/p>\n<p>That lessened the load on the Meisner sisters. <strong>Catherine Meisner<\/strong> won the 200 free and 500 free. <strong>Julia Meisner<\/strong> was second to teammate <strong>Morgan Rinn<\/strong> in the 200 fly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mia Cheatwood<\/strong> led the Mountaineers\u2019 effort. She won the 100 breaststroke, in a tight race with Penn State\u2019s <strong>Liv Jack,<\/strong> and 200 breast, by a decisive margin of nearly three seconds.<\/p>\n<p>West Virginia got an early boost from its distance contingent. <strong>Olivia Busch<\/strong> won the 1,000 freestyle in 10:15.88, teammate <strong>Miranda Kirtley<\/strong> following.
