After sitting out against the Cougars, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swimmingworldmagazine.com\/news\/world-championships-torri-huske-dominates-100-fly-for-first-world-title-clips-american-record\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">100 fly world champion<\/a>\u00a0<strong>Torri Huske<\/strong> returned to action and placed first in the 100 butterfly Friday evening in 53.72 while Stanford freshman <strong>Charlotte Hook\u00a0<\/strong>posted a quick 200 fly time of 1:57.73 in the Cardinal&#8217;s 162-63 victory.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/s3.amazonaws.com\/sidearm.sites\/gostanford.com\/documents\/2022\/11\/4\/Stanford-San_Jose_State_results.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Full results are available here<\/a>, and read the full Stanford press release below:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>No. 2 Stanford remained unbeaten through its fall dual meet season, delivering a 162-63 victory at San Jose State on Friday afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>The Cardinal (3-0) swept all event titles while also producing the top three finishes in the 200 free for the third consecutive meet with <strong>Gigi<\/strong> <strong>Johnson<\/strong>, <strong>Torri Huske<\/strong> and <strong>Aurora Roghair<\/strong> placing 1-2-3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Competing with a smaller squad today, I thought we raced really hard despite taking a couple events to get focused,&#8221; said <strong>Greg<\/strong> <strong>Meehan<\/strong>, Stanford&#8217;s Paul A. Violich Director of Women&#8217;s Swimming and Diving. &#8220;We had some really nice wins from some of our freshmen. Gigi Johnson had a great 200 free. Even with a smaller squad it was good to get out there and compete. We&#8217;re excited about the upcoming NC State meet and what it represents for us as a good check-in point.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Johnson was one of four Cardinal swimmers to claim two event titles, clocking in at 1:48.75 to win the 200 free and winning the 200 breast with a time of 2:19.09.<\/p>\n<p>Stanford&#8217;s other multi-event winners included <strong>Alex Crisera<\/strong> (54.78 in the 100 back, 1:57.27 in the 200 back), <strong>Charlotte<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Hook<\/strong> (1:57.73 in the 200 fly, 2:02.74 in the 200 IM) and <strong>Morgan Tankersley<\/strong> (4:59.05 in the 500 free, 10:11.75 in the 1000 free).<\/p>\n<p>Huske claimed the top spot in the 100 fly (53.72), <strong>Sam<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Tadder<\/strong> paced the field in the 100 breast (1:03.97), <strong>Emma Wheal<\/strong> led the way in the 50 free (22.90) and <strong>Kirsti McEnroe<\/strong> won the 100 free (50.82).<\/p>\n<p>Huske, Tadder, Johnson and Wheal teamed up to win the 200 medley relay with a time of 1:41.07 while <strong>Janelle<\/strong> <strong>Rudolph<\/strong>, Roghair, Crisera and McEnroe prevailed in the 400 free relay at
