Meghan Cole<\/strong> won three events to power a narrow win for the Army women\u2019s team over Boston College Friday at West Point, completing a sweep by the Black Knights.<\/p>\n

The Army women\u2019s team claimed a 151.5-148.5 win, while the men rolled to a 195-104 victory.<\/p>\n

Cole was central to the Black Knights\u2019 efforts. She won the 50 freestyle in 23.46 seconds, edging out BC\u2019s Sofia Zinis<\/strong> by .17 seconds. Cole came back after the diving break to lead a 1-2 with Grace Wagner<\/strong> in the 100 free, her winning time a 51.88. She also won the 100 butterfly in 55.85, a 1-2 result with Clara Williams.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cole led two of the four 1-2 finishes for Army. Molly Webber and Williams added the other in the 200 free. Aurelie Migault swept the breaststroke events, turning the 100 into a 1-2 finish with teammate Catriona Gilmore. Melinda Zhang won the 200 fly and was second in the 200 individual medley. Minh Donnell won 1-meter diving and was second on 3-meter.<\/p>\n

Boston College\u2019s distance contingent nearly led the way to a win. Megan Kramer won the 1,000 free, with teammate Olivia Howard second. Kramer edged Webber by .05 seconds in the 500 free with a time of 4:55.76, Howard in third. Lauren Sielicki won the 100 back, Adair Sand claimed the 200 back, Ella Derby won the 200 IM and Anna Mae King captured gold in 3-meter diving.<\/p>\n

The men\u2019s performance was dominant from start to finish, capped by a 200 free relay win. That follows from the sprint dominance, a pair of podiums sweeps. Owen Harlow won both the 50 and 100 \u2013 in 19.89 and 44.69 \u2013 with William Rankin second both times.<\/p>\n

Brice Barrieault and Ian Tansill went 1-2 in both the 1,000 and 500 free. Evan Yoo swept the breaststroke events. Isaac Newman swept diving. Tanner Falls (200 free), Alex Edwards (100 back) and Sam Wesley (200 back) added wins for Army.<\/p>\n
