FEDERAL WAY, Washington, March 14. The Speedo Federal Way Sectionals continued tonight and saw many personal bests set by a variety of swimmers.<\/p>\n
Future California swimmer Jasmine Mau of Kamehameha won the 200 free, touching the wall in 1:47.09. Aces’ Ella Moynihan took second with a personal best time of 1:48.37. Fifteen year-old Keaton Blovad of Tualatin Hills clocked in at 1:48.94 for third and a new personal best.<\/p>\n
Tualatin Hills’ Patrick Mulcare posted a 1:36.64 to win the men’s 200 free with a new personal best. Future Harvard swimmer Edward Kim of Bellevue touched second with a 1:36.75, followed by Aces’ Jake Markham, who finished in 1:38.29.<\/p>\n
Madeline Myers of Jeffco Hurricanes won her second event of the meet with a personal best of 4:13.79 in the 400 IM. Bellevue’s Kimberley Williams posted a 4:14.62 for second. Fullerton’s Bailey Nero put up a new personal best with her third place time of 4:16.03.<\/p>\n
Cascade’s Abrahm DeVine shaved six seconds off his personal best to win the men’s 400 IM with a 3:45.46. Aces’ John Bushman placed second with a 3:47.44. Patrick Mulcare touched third with a personal best of 3:48.48.<\/p>\n
King Aquatics’ women (Kenna Ramey, Morgan Ginnis, Carolyn McCann, Ashley Sutherland) took first in the 200 free relay with a time of 1:32.37. Scottsdale Aquatic (Victoria Toris, Samantha Fazio, Hannah Holman, Angel Van Hofwegen) touched second in 1:32.94. Bellevue (Elisa Fang, Kimberly Williams, Marley Cross, Anna Keane) clocked in at 1:34.10 for third.<\/p>\n
Scottsdale Aquatics’ men (Bradley Dorsey, Ryan Hoffer, Nicholas Magana, Jack Blake) won the men’s 200 free relay in 1:19.95. Phoenix Swim Club (Roland Schoeman, JJ Osborn, Maxwell Montour, Ryan McCoy) posted a 1:20.81 for second. King Aquatic (Mathias Oh, Thomas Anderson, Dale Williams, Thommy Thach) finished third with a time of 1:22.74.<\/p>\n
After three nights of finals, hosts King Aquatic lead on points with a combined total of 449. Tualatin Hills sit second with 328, just ahead of Bellevue, who have 327 points.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
