I want to thank my coaches, teammates and family for helping make this dream a reality! I am so grateful for the support and for this opportunity! Can\u2019t wait to be a Jayhawk! ROCK CHALK!\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A talented breaststroker, Johnston does her club swimming with <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Aquawolves Swim Team and most recently raced the 100m breast at Junior Nationals after sweeping the breaststroke events and earning five best times at Colorado LCM Seniors. She also competed in the 100 breast at Juniors West last winter.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Her best times include:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">50 breast &#8211; 30.27<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">100 breast &#8211; 1:02.35<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">200 breast &#8211; 2:20.87<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A rising senior at Arapahoe High School, Johnston placed third in the 100 breast and ninth in the 50 free at the 2022 Colorado 5A State Championships.
