I\u2019d like to thank my family and coaches as well as everyone else who has helped me along the way. Go Vols!<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"emoji\" role=\"img\" src=\"https:\/\/s.w.org\/images\/core\/emoji\/14.0.0\/svg\/1f34a.svg\" alt=\"?\" \/>\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A talented breaststroker, Garner trains year-round with Rockville Montgomery Swim Club and most recently earned all best times at Junior Nationals where he finished seventh in the 200m breast and 17th in the 100m breast.
