I would like to thank my family, teammates and coaches for both believing in me and pushing me to achieve my goals. #GoCoogs\u201d<\/strong><\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A talented sprinter, Howell does her club swimming with Northern Lights Swim Association and most recently placed 28th in the 50m free at Minneapolis Futures last month after winning six events at North Dakota LCM Seniors. She raced three events at Juniors West back in December before going on to final in the 50m free and 100m fly at Pleasant Prairie Sectionals.<\/p>\n<p>Her best times include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>50 free &#8211; 23.23<\/li>\n<li>100 free &#8211; 51.36<\/li>\n<li>100 fly &#8211; 55.44<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A soon-to-be senior at Sheyenne High School, Howell is a multi-time North Dakota State Championship gold medalist.
