AFTER a day of dotting their Is and crossing their Ts, USA Swimming has been able to release the official NCAA Division I Women&#8217;s Psych Sheets. These are the swimmers invited to the 2014 edition of the NCAA Division I Women&#8217;s Championships being held in Minneapolis March 20-22.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/_Rainbow\/Documents\/fbf77999-4604-463d-a5a6-8c1379fa5083\/NCAA%20DI%20Women%20-%20Official%20Psych%20Sheet%20030514.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NCAA DI Women &#8211; Official Psych Sheet<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/_Rainbow\/Documents\/8218eee2-49c1-479b-98f5-c83527c83fee\/NCAA%20DI%20Women%20-%20Invited%20Swimmers%20by%20Team%20030514.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NCAA DI Women &#8211; Official Invited Swimmers By Team<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/_Rainbow\/Documents\/1fcba029-6092-46c8-9c55-e5a26189d435\/RelayEligibleInstitutions_2014DIWSD.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NCAA DI Women &#8211; Official List of Eligible Institutions for Relay Events<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/_Rainbow\/Documents\/5b21b0f2-0f7e-4e40-9f0d-aba22a192c84\/NCAA%20DI%20Women%20-%20Alternates%20030514.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NCAA DI Women &#8211; Official Meet Alternate List<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.usaswimming.org\/_Rainbow\/Documents\/3951f824-82cf-4811-bf14-9413464ca870\/NCAA%20DI%20Women%20-%20Preselections%20Entry%20List.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">NCAA DI Women &#8211; Preselections Entry List<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Based on these results, and scoring the psych sheets, Georgia is definitely in a strong position to defend their NCAA title.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s the top 10 teams based on psych sheet scoring:<br \/>\n1. Georgia, 512<br \/>\n2. California, 346<br \/>\n3. Texas A&amp;M, 344<br \/>\n4. Stanford, 319<br \/>\n5. Florida, 267.5<br \/>\n6. Southern California, 255.5<br \/>\n7. Virginia, 194<br \/>\n8. Tennessee, 174<br \/>\n9. Arizona, 165.5<br \/>\n10. Indiana, 120<\/p>\n<p>This doesn&#8217;t count diving, which will qualify through Zone Diving here shortly, but Georgia definitely has a strong diving program as well with the likes of Laura Ryan a potential three-board pointscorer.
